It is that time of year again. The race season has started and we are getting ready for the upcoming 2025 race. This year’s race takes place April 5 & 6, 2025. That may seem far away but it will be here before you know it. Team registration will open September 1st and our first Team Captain meeting will be taking place in-person and via Zoom on September 17th.![]()

Vendors - We have been asked over the years to open up the vendor setup earlier on race weekend to allow for vendors to setup on Saturday and be open for the finish line. We have some exciting information for this year; we have moved vendor setup to Saturday April 5th for the 2025 race. More information on that later.![]()

Hotel - Don’t forget to book your hotel room at the Rio. Every year we sell out and every year I get calls asking if there are any more rooms or if I can help them out. Unfortunately, once our room block is sold out you will have to pay the going rate (if available). It is better to book ahead and cancel then to miss a great deal.![]()
