2020 Baker to Vegas Relay Race

Entry/Registration Information

Welcome to the 2020 Baker to Vegas Challenge Cup Relay.  The scheduled dates of the race are April 4-5th, 2020.  The host and finish line this year will be the Rio Hotel.  Registration for the race will open on Wednesday September 4, 2019.

Returning Teams:

  • All returning teams can begin to fill out their Entry Form from the website.  Under the Team Captains icon, click on Team Entry Form.  You will be required to fill out a new form even if you competed previously.  Please double check your information before submitting.  To find out your team number, review the Overall Finish results of the 2019 race.  The number on this list will be your team number for 2020.  Use that number when filling out the Entry Form.
  • We will also begin accepting payment for the 2020 race on September 4th.  As you know every team is required to submit a volunteer to work during the race.  Your ‘Volunteer’ assignment preference is based on the date of payment of the entry fee. 

New Teams:

  • The race is currently at registration capacity and cannot accept any new teams at this time. However, the deadline to pay the registration fee for all teams is December 4, 2019.  Any teams not paid on this date will be considered as having dropped out and will be replaced with a new team from the existing waiting list.
  • If you are not currently on that waiting list, please check back after December 4, 2019 for availability.

The Entry Fee for 2020 will remain: $2,200
